    After 2 years of studying and working I was 5 months out from my wedding and possibly in the worst shape I had ever been. Despite having had really bad experiences with personal trainers all over the country (surgical training makes you move a lot) I was willing to give another one a try just to get me wedding fit. Enter Emma. Emma's expertise, innovative thinking and humour was excellent. She tailored every session to me and kept changing them to keep me interested and motivated without trying to kill me. I can honestly say that I enjoyed most of every session... OK you will never get me to say that I loved the burpies or the mountain climbers but I did go from barely being able to do one to being able to complete the whole minute circuits reasonably easily. By the time the wedding day came I was more toned but much more importantly I was fit and healthy so I could enjoy the day to its maximum (and keep up with the dancing till the band stopped playing). Emma always did her best to fit in with my ever changing schedule and further testament to her professionalism and encouragement is that I even kept the sessions up after the wedding. Thanks Emma.
