Hi I'm Craig, a sports and nutrition professional. I deliver online, and in person performance and lifestyle nutrition. I have a MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition, BSc in Sports Sciences and I've been a personal trainer for over 10 years!

My coaching format and program design are both very straight forward though thorough, prioritising basic principles and step by step targets, giving you the accountability in order to achieve your best results.

I will educate you on how; to eat for sustainable fat loss, build lean muscle tissue, increase overall performance, and most importantly how to maintain your physique once you've achieved your goal.

Nutrition coaching creates results through altering your diet behaviour and association to certain foods, starting with small changes, alternative options and conscious eating. I treat everybody as an individual and adapt to your nutritional preferences.
