I am very passionate personal trainer who loves to help others getting a better quality of life; and with that I will be you biggest fan and supporter along the away of your fitness and health journey.

Why you should book and get help by me? The answer is easy! I have lots of hands on experiences and a broad field of training knowledge.

I have a four year human movement degree , a qualified artistic gymnastics coach international level 2 FIG, REPS qualified; and, a qualified track and filed coach.

I have competed in artistic gymnastics; track and filed; and weightlifting.

If you ever need any help with reaching your goals and feel lost; I will be the one to sort it out for you and make it more clear; why this is important to you!

One to one sessions
Group community fitness.
Can come to your home and help with your training.
Do online training face to face
Design transfer programs for you to follow and become independent in your training
Will do one to two trainings

Each Tuesday and Thursday I run group fitness sessions from 6pm-7pm at the Karori community centre.
