Do you feel stuck and powerless? Not able to do what you want in your life? Have you had enough of where you are currently at? It doesn’t have to be like that any more!

I have taken the journey and changed my life from feeling not good enough, having low self esteem, and not feeling able to speak my truth; to being relaxed, confident, joyful, able to speak out freely and absolutely loving it.

I would now like to share this journey with you to help you to make positive changes in your life, to help you to believe in yourself, to bring joy and colour into your life.

I have undertaken the journey with a two year Life Coaching Diploma through Life Coach Associates; and a one year Law of Attraction Coach certificate through the Quantum Success Coaching Academy. I have also completed a Tapping into Wealth coach training programme to help you to remove any money blocks that you may have that prevent you from moving ahead financially. I am a registered member of the International Coaches Federation.

I will work with you and support you to bring about change in any area of your life where you feel it is needed by:

• Challenging you to focus on what is right with you, not what is wrong with you
• Helping you to overcome limitations and perceived barriers
• Helping you to let go of the past and learn from your experiences
• Helping you to create meaning in your life and build on it

Life Coaching works across the whole range of your physical, mental and spiritual aspects

• To support you in making changes in your life so that you can be, do and have what you want

A package of 6 sessions is suggested in order to gain maximum benefit and to initiate any changes that may be necessary, with monthly follow up sessions for ongoing support with these changes. Sessions are one on one and are generally for an hour.
