I'm Tania. I'm a degree-qualified nutritionist (Bachelor of Applied Science, Human Nutrition), passionate about real food, and a crusader against restrictive diets.

With all of the confusing and often conflicting messages about the "right way to eat" in the media today, it's important to follow evidence-based advice.

I work from the Rolleston Medical Centre every Wednesday from 1.00-5 pm. I also offer online consultations by arrangement.
