Being a Naturopath means giving you enough time and listening to what you need to say, I want you to feel like you've been heard and leave my clinic with an understanding of a way forward. I'll ask a lot of questions and may suggest testing to break down whats going on, why do you feel so exhausted; overwhelmed; have aches and pains - what message is your body sending you? Lets consider hormones, eating habits, sleeping habits, gut health, and other possibilities from a substantial list - I can help put it into perspective and help you prioritise yourself!

I'm skilled in a variety of therapies including: BodyTalk, Reiki, QRA ((Quantum Reflex Analysis) a form of kinesiology to identify energy blockages which link to organs and endocrines requiring support). Plus Flower essences, homeobotanicals, cell salts, herbal and food based supplements. You will walk away from our appointment with a treatment plan tailored to you and your nutritional needs.
