Alanna is a yoga teacher in the Mount Maunganui area. She offers classes that energise, uplift, balance and inspire. She sees yoga as the avenue to find ease and grace in your body, restore movement that may have been lost, relieve pain and start to feel joy and connection to your body.

Yoga is incredibly therapeutic, it works to align all the body systems and maximise your overall health. Practicing in a group can be a very supportive and bonding experience, whether those in class know each other or not.

Alanna loves to have a giggle so you can expect a light-hearted and relaxed atmosphere in her classes. It can be intimidating for first-time students to take the plunge - but after that first class they are hooked! There is nothing quite like yoga to give you that sense of all-over wellbeing.

She teaches early morning yoga at Mount Maunganui Jiu Jitsu Gym - 22 Macdonald St and Evening Meditation at the Arataki Community Centre. She is also available for corporate or personal clients - contact through email or my website for all enquiries.
