Insight International is a global community of like-minded and compassionate people who care for the psychological and physical concerns of humankind. Insight International is the umbrella organisation comprising of counsellors and trainers from all over the world.

We offer psychological assistance, counselling, training, supervision and topical seminars on cutting-edge neuroscience research to individuals, health professionals, corporates and groups.

Topics include: Mindfulness in stress reduction, personal and professional growth and development, workplace productivity, relationships, spiritual awareness and Insight Focused Therapy.

Counselling Services Offered
We offer a wide range of counselling services at Insight Counselling NZ including:

Skype Counselling
At Insight Services we have two qualified, experienced female counsellors who work using a wide range of counselling approaches to suit individual needs and situations.

Supervision
We offer supervision services for therapists. Sessions are booked in hourly or 1.5 hourly sessions

Life-Coaching
We all have times in our lives when we feel stuck are need some external guidance to help us move forward in a positive, productive way. Insight Counselling have excellent life-coaching services that offer practical solutions based on the latest neuroscience research. Our therapists can teach you how to re-wire your brain for permanent change.

Couples Counselling
Our therapists specialise in couples counselling. We provide a safe, welcoming space and work with both individuals.
