Description
I'm a dietitian and nutritionist with a special interest in women's health, including PCOS, endometriosis; Irritable Bowel Syndrome; emotional eating and eating disorders. I combine all my specialised training to help men and women identify their food triggers to manage symptoms and restore health. In addition, I help women and men restore their relationship with food and their bodies by moving away from the dieting world into sustainable changes. I include all my training to use a holistic approach towards health and wellbeing, including a combination of nutrition, psychology and life coaching skills.

My aim is to simplify food and help people gain back control of their health and food choices.
