ArrowPilates helps you to tone and strengthen your body using the Classical Pilates method. Pilates is an excellent way to develop a flexible body, strong core and good posture. Marco Dingemans is the owner and instructor of ArrowPilates.

We offer private, semi-private and group mat classes. It is a fun, energetic and safe way to get the body moving.

Orginally from the Netherlands, I developed my Pilates skills while living and working in London. In 2015 I trained with Holly Murray, owner of Pi the Home of Pilates in London and qualified as a mat teacher in classical pilates.
