We ensure newly post natal Mums have a safe and effective return to exercise while Mums further down the track are challenged appropriately through higher intensity classes.
We run to a unique traffic light system that enables individuals to be specifically catered taking into consideration womens hormones, monthly cycles, stress and energy levels to ensure you get exactly what you need from each class.
