friendly classes, personal training and Your Group Sessions. We accept cash, credit cards, online bank transfers and direct debits. All services can be paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly, as directed by you. We can book you in to the same class week to week or you can pick and choose your classes as and when they suit you. We confirm via text or email the day before your booked class.
Our group class timetable is:
Mon 10am, 6pm, 7.15pm
Tues 9.30am, 7.15pm, 8.30pm
Weds 9.30am, 6pm ,7.15pm
